“Do you care for your veteran spouse, parent, family member, child, loved one, friend, or neighbor? If you had some
extra help around the house or someone to knock things off your to-do list, what is something you could do for yourself? Finish holiday shopping? Make a gingerbread house with your grandkids? Visit with your sister? Take some time for yourself during the busy holiday season and take a break with the Respite Relief Program,” said Jackie Henry, Programs Manager, Direct Care Services with the Elizabeth Dole Foundation.
The Respite Relief Program offers those who provide care for veterans up to 35 hours of free care provided by a trusted CareLinx professional.
Respite Care Includes:
- Housekeeping
- Meal prep
