Entrepreneur and Navy Veteran Kelli Mumphrey won the Women Warriors Winning the Business Battle Pitch Competition held in February. As winner, she receives a $500 line of credit to help fund her business, MilkSpace LLC. MilkSpace provides pop up, mobile spaces for mothers to nurse children in a comfortable, clean environment and includes breast feeding essentials for them. Mumphrey was inspired to start the business based on her own experiences as a mom. The business pitch competition was an event of The Veteran Women Enterprise Center in Dallas.
