Continued service to veterans via virtual methods

The Texas Veterans Commission (TVC) values the health and safety of Texas veterans, their families, and spouses. To reduce exposure to the COVID-19 virus, the TVC now provides its services via virtual meetings until further notice. We have transitioned from face-to-face meetings to conducting business over the phone, via email and other such methods. This also protects our TVC team which provides services to veterans and their beneficiaries.

A listing of TVC services is provided by city at https://www.tvc.texas.gov/about/office-locations/.  Veterans may contact their local TVC representative by phone for Claims, Healthcare and Employment assistance.  Further, contact information for each TVC program including Education, Entrepreneur, Grants, Mental Health and Women Veterans, is available on our web site.

Accomplishing our mission will undoubtedly be more challenging, but I am confident that we will succeed during this unprecedented pandemic. Safety is the top priority of the Texas Veterans Commission.

Please know that we are working diligently to continue our support for veterans during this state of emergency. Thank you, and I wish you continued health and well-being during this difficult time.

Thomas P. Palladino
Executive Director
Texas Veterans Commission
