“Job clubs are very different from our workshops. It’s very informal. We invite veterans that are in the job seeking arena,” said Jonathan Boubel, Veteran Career Advisor of the Texas Veterans Commission. “We just have an open dialogue that is not scripted. It’s extremely informal we just talk about some of the things that are working for us and some of the things that are not working . . . what makes us more marketable.”
The Veterans Monthly Online Job Club is open to job seeking veterans, transitioning military and their spouses. Meeting on the third Tuesday of each month, the next meeting is scheduled for March 16. Register via email with Jonathan.boubel@tvc.texas.gov.
