Outcome Measures

Veterans Mental Health Clinical Counseling & Veterans Treatment Court

Veterans Mental Health (VMH) Clinical Counseling & Veterans Treatment Court (VTC) grantees shall report specific goals/outcomes measured each quarter during the fiscal year using the report provided by TVC.

Failure of Grantee to comply with any of the reporting requirements may result in the suspension of reimbursement payments, deobligation of grant funds, and/or termination of the grant.

Reports are due 7 days after the end of the fiscal quarter.

Awarded Applicants (Awardee(s)/Grantee(s)) must include the following information on the Awarded Applicant’s website and on all Grant Project-related materials, brochures, flyers, and forms:

  1. Texas Veterans Commission website URL (www.tvc.texas.gov);
  2. Fund for Veterans’ Assistance (FVA) logo;
  3. The following statement:
    This program is supported by a grant from the Texas Veterans Commission Fund for Veterans’ Assistance. The Fund for Veterans’ Assistance provides grants to organizations serving veterans and their families. For more information, visit www.tvc.texas.gov.

2024-2025 Tour of Texas Coming this Fall!

Every year, TVC Commissioners travel across the eight Fund for Veterans’ Assistance regions of Texas and hold Big Check Presentation events.

These gatherings are an opportunity:

  • For Commissioners recognizing the organizations awarded grants at the start of the grant year,
  • For grantees promoting their services among the Fund for Veterans’ Assistance network of organizations, AND
  • For both Commissioners and grantees promoting veteran services to local and regional media outlets. Maximize your visibility using the NEW Tour of Texas Media Tool Kit!
