Financial Assistance-Financial assistance that is temporary in nature and is intended to provide limited emergency assistance and financial relief to veterans who can
demonstrate financial need, including:
1) Mortgage payments (including escrow) and payments in arrears, not to
exceed a 6-month period per beneficiary household. Monthly rent including
application fees, deposits, late fees and payments in arrears, not to exceed a 6-month.
period.
2) Utility payments up to a 6-month period.
