Description
Provide financial assistance to veterans, dependents, and surviving spouses for rent, utilities and homeless supportive services. Rent and utility assistance will be offered only once per household per grant year. Deposits for both rent and utilities can be made if it is necessary to restore service, prevent eviction, end homelessness or institutionalization for the beneficiary household. Temporary shelter will be provided for currently homeless veterans while establishing housing.
