Financial Assistance Services are provided by Spindletop Center, a City/Municipal Government based in Beaumont, Texas. All veterans, active duty, dependents and surviving spouses who have a financial need as demonstrated through a monthly income/expense analysis or family budget review will have expedient access to financial services including mortgage/rent payments, utility payments, food voucher services, and transportation assistance. Services will adhere to TVC requirements and yield measurable, positive outcomes.
