Financial Assistance Services are provided by Rolling Plains Management Corporation, based in Crowell, Texas.
The services include rental/mortgage payments (deposits, late fees) and utility payments (electricity, gas, water, propane, deposits, late fees, disconnect/reconnect fees). Services will be limited to veterans and surviving spouses in 14 counties. Each household must be at or below 250% based on the guidelines established by the Texas Department of Housing Community Affairs guideline procedures.
