Description Pro Bono Legal Services are provided by Lone Star Legal Aid, based in Houston, Texas. LSLA provides free legal services to veterans, active-duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces, and members of state military forces, vet surviving spouses and vet dependents.
Practice areas include, but are not limited to, elder law, family law, divorce & custody, business and real estate law, estate planning, landlord/tenant disputes, eviction, foreclosure, certain types of tax assistance, consumer financial protection, debt collection, bankruptcy, and allowable upgrades to discharge status.
