Description
Provide funding for rides for all categories of veteran beneficiaries to travel from rural areas to access health services at specialized health facilities (VA and others). It will also cover for a Mobility Navigator to work directly with beneficiaries to create a sustainable mobility plan. A Mobility Navigator provides expertise on all types of transportation and transportation programs from taxis to public transit and ride-booking mobile apps to ride subsidy programs.
