Description
Pathfinders provide the following services for Veterans to support them as they work toward social and financial well-being: Mentoring, Financial Coaching, Employment Coaching, and Emergency Financial Assistance. The majority of our Veterans program clients are either incarcerated in the Veterans Pod in the Tarrant County Jail, or involved in the Veterans Treatment Court, however this program is open to all veterans, dependents, and surviving spouses.
