City of Fort Worth will provide limited emergency assistance and financial relief for Mortgage, Rent, and Utility payments to eligible Veterans, Dependents, and Surviving Spouses who can demonstrate financial need.

The online application line has been temporarily suspended. Applicants must submit their application online, by mail or drop-off. They will be contact by the assigned Human Services Specialist for a phone interview.
