Provide Veterans, Dependents, Surviving Spouses who is the named person on mortgage, rent, utility or other bill/invoice presented for financial support for; rent cost to provide clients with rent payments ie. application, deposits, late fees, and payments; utility cost to provide clients with electric, water, and/or gas; transportation assistance – rides: cost to provide clients with daily, weekly, or monthly transportation ie. bus, train, metro passes, ride-share & cab fare in support of basic needs.
