Description
The project will help eliminate barriers to care that Veteran clients routinely face. Temporary financial assistance will help cover transportation rides and beneficiary vehicle. Utility and rental assistance will also be provided as well as payments in arrears and connection of utility services in participants homes, allowing participants to assimilate to new housing. This will also help cover expenses such as child/adult care, assistive technologies, funeral and restorative dental cost.
