Description

Peer Support Services are provided by PTSD Foundation of America, a City/Municipal Government based in Houston, Texas.

The Peer Support program is an essential part of Camp Hope and Outreach programs which includes a multitude of community-based services such as crisis intervention, weekly Warrior & Family peer support groups, daily 1-1 peer services, Veterans Court advocation, VA navigation, trauma recovery programs focused on resiliency and EBP treatments, local resource navigation, and builds relationships with community resources. Services are provided to veterans, their families, and surviving spouses.
