Veteran Overview

I am proud in serving my country the last 20 years. The US Coast Guard took care of me while protecting my country. I quickly felt most proud when I first joined conducting search and rescue missions in Alaska. When 9/11 happened, I realized as a young kid the meaning of a service member. The words "Thank You" was enough to make me feel I accomplished something at a very young age. I am proud of my country!
