Veteran Overview

I'm very proud to have served my country during the Vietnam War. My parents were Navy Vets during WWII and I followed by serving my country also. I was an Air Traffic Controller at Fort Rucker, AL and Fort Bragg, NC. I directed air traffic over the drop zones and artillary practice zones. I also met and married my husband, a US Army Air Traffic Controller. I loved traveling and living in Germany. My GI benefits were a blessing for continuing my education.
