Proudly served 7.5 years in the U.S. Army as a Food Service Specialist, where she mastered the art of preparing and serving industrialized meals to support mission readiness. Her passion for service was fueled by the joy of providing quality meals to fellow soldiers. She was stationed in Germany twice, where she deployed and had the opportunity to travel to Paris, Amsterdam, Czechoslovakia, and other destinations. She also served at Aberdeen Proving Ground and Fort Hood, where she completed her service. She developed strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep appreciation for working with a diverse team. The military instilled in her a sense of responsibility and a drive for personal growth, all while ensuring she could provide for her family.
Today, she continues to serve the military community through her employment at a nonprofit organization, which gives her a strong sense of purpose and makes a meaningful impact on the lives of fellow veterans and service members.
