To honor those who served during the Korean War, TVC is offering a limited number of commemorative books and collecting photos for a special tribute on social media recognizing their service and sacrifice.
This tribute coincides with two key anniversaries in Korean War history, including the start of the war on June 25, 1950, and Korean War Veterans Armistice Day on July 27, which marks the signing of the armistice in 1953.
A limited number of copies of Korea Reborn: A Grateful Nation Honors War Veterans for More than 60 Years of Growth are available. Those interested can register here for a chance to receive a complimentary copy.
The book provides a retrospective look at the Korean War and the years of prosperity that followed. It includes photos, images and content covering:
- the initial attack
- fighting back
- waiting for resolution with combat during armistice talks
- the growth of South Korea from the rubble of war
- the strength of the alliance between the U.S. and Korea
and The Republic of Korea Thanks You.
TVC is also inviting veterans and families to submit photos of those who served in Korea for a special social media tribute honoring their legacy and contributions.
