In partnership with the Cohen Veterans Network, we’re offering Texas-based military-connected moms the opportunity to participate in an innovative mental health and parenting program delivered through the Cohen Clinics at Endeavors in San Antonio, Killeen, and El Paso, Texas. PSTAIR is a cutting-edge, evidence-based individual therapy designed to help military-connected moms —  including veterans and their spouses — manage feelings like overwhelm, distress, or anger after experiencing difficult or stressful events.

With PSTAIR, moms can:

• Reduce stress and improve their own mental health (e.g., PTSD, depression, anxiety)
• Learn practical strategies for managing strong emotions and everyday challenges
• Support improvements in their children’s behavior and emotional well-being
• Strengthen their bond with their children

• Targeted, individualized treatment sessions, typically 3 to 4 months
• Flexible treatment options: In-person or virtual, in English or Spanish
• Compensation of up to $165 in Amazon gift cards
