Raised in the small town of EAGLE PASS, TX I knew that I wanted to serve my country. Mexican born, but grateful for the opportunities this country gave my family, I felt it an obligation to give back to the country that gave us every opportunity we have had. I have been stationed in Florida, Sicily, Japan, Virginia, and have traveled all over the world, representing my state PROUDLY! After retirement, I left California and moved back to TX, to raise my children with the same love for our Country like we raised with!
