On September 7, 2023, the Texas Veterans Commission (TVC) Fund for Veterans’ Assistance (FVA) presented 31 grants totaling $6,990,000 in grants to 26 organizations for providing services to approximately 5,370 Gulf Coast area veterans and their families. The presentation was made by TVC Commissioner and Army veteran Kevin Barber at Houston – Interfaith Ministries of Greater Houston, 3303 Main St, Houston, Texas.
