Grant funding will provide Rapid Re-Housing and Supportive Services to eligible Veterans, their Dependents, and Surviving Spouses who are homeless or have transitioned out of a homeless status and are identified in the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). Services: Temporary Housing, Transitional Housing Assistance with Rent & Utilities, Household Goods, Employment Support, and Beneficiary ID Documents.
