Descripción
Grant funding will provide Rapid Re-Housing and Supportive Services to eligible Veterans, their Dependents, and Surviving Spouses who are homeless or have transitioned out of a homeless status and are identified in the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). Services: Employment Support, Rent-Transitional Housing, Mental Health Treatment, Transportation Assistance, and Beneficiary ID Documents.
