County Government based in the South Texas Region. The ZCVSO will offer emergency assistance and financial relief to veterans, dependents, and surviving spouses through assistance with Mortgage and rent payments, including application fees, deposits, late fees and payments in arrears; Utility payments for electric, water, gas, garbage, internet, and cell phone service; Transportation assistance for beneficiary vehicles including fuel, repair, insurance, and loan payments; and Assistive technologies to promote independent living.
