Description Grant funding will provide contact information of organizations that provide services needed by eligible Veterans, their Dependents, and Surviving Spouses. Referrals for healthcare, clinical counseling, short-term financial assistance, and employment support; and remove key service barriers: understanding benefits, directing to high quality, affordable help, and following up on appointments.
