Grant funding will provide limited emergency assistance and financial relief to eligible Veterans, their Dependents, and Surviving Spouses who can demonstrate financial need. Services: Rent, Utilities.
In-order to make this assistance easily accessible, we have made our application process very simple. Any Veteran, Veteran dependent, or surviving spouse can make an appointment by calling 361-884-9497 or through a walk-in at our building located at 1804 Buford St.
Upon completion and approval of the application, each client will be assigned a case worker who will perform monthly case management and ensure they are receiving the correct services and resources for their situation.
