Grant funding will provide case management to eligible Veterans, their Dependents, and Surviving Spouses who are Low-Income. Services: Financial Planning and Emergency Financial Assistance for Rent, Mortgage, Utilities, Food, Transportation Assistance, Child/Adult Care, and Restorative Dental.
